It depends.. there are a lot of theories on the NAND chip, So..

Apparently a theory is that if you power up the console to flash (rather than using like a CK3) then the console will log an E74 error and then the console sends this to M$.

Seems like it have some validity, I know my console was done without a CK3 and so was my friends (and they have both been banned).

my console was banned from logging into live on ANY account. so accounts are fine i think its just console wont let me sign in on any account what so ever (on live)
