Why waste police time away from a real emergency when you can have a bit of a laugh at people who intend on damaging your property.

Wouldn't really be a laugh if some one got hurt.. What if he blinded some one, GBH on your record for "abit of a laugh"

My folks did ring the police to forewarn about what happened last year and they said they wouldn't be able to come out or anything unless our property was being damaged there and then. (which is so stupid when it would take them at least 20 minutes to come out)

Why not ring while its taking place... throwing eggs, pumpkins, bins and what not must take a long time..

It would be better to not even get to the time when we have to phone the police just stop it before it starts.
But if you are referring to last years indecent. I would have loved to been there, all i would have to do is phone the police and let the German Shepherd out and they would have defiantly left in a hurry.
But it just so happens that we had just moved to that house and were unaware that teenagers would bother us. So we went up to Scotland not giving it a second thought.
