i tried going through clearing but every where i tried all the places had gone, or it was a course i really disliked. id prefer to take a year out and go somewhere i wasnt to go and do a course i want to do rather than not. Plus, accomodations expensiiiiiiveee and im well on my way to not having to get a job in my first year. so its actually worked out alright
yeah, i suppose. i've taken a huge risk, i don't know why i've done this. if i get ABB i probably can't go to any of my unis anyway. eek.
You can change before they reply i think Jake.

its risky but its not. i mean, one of my mates went to southampton this year but dint have them as a firm or insurance but had applied there. they rang him on results day and said they really liked him in the interview and offered him a place. Im sure youll get the grades though if youre predicted them
yeah even if i get AAB it'll be alright i reckon. maybe even ABB it'll be kk. BBB then probs not.
Just paid and sent my UCAS today.
Applied for:
Accounting and Finance at Newcastle (Partners scheme hopefully), Edinburgh and Durham.
Accounting at Northumbria and Strathclyde.
Hedging my bets on the Partners scheme as it'll really help to take the stress of exams, so Newcastle is my first choice and Northumbria my second, well, until I get offers anyways.
Good luck to everyone who's applied, as I know it's been an audealI'm sure everyone will enjoy themselves wherever they go!
bet you're glad it's out of the way now and outta ya hands. i was relieved, got annoying and frustrating in the end. good luck! :8Just paid and sent my UCAS today.

Yeah, definitely. It's been so stressful to do a personal statement about 10 times to get it right, then to make 5 "good" choices. All for £19  Just got to keep fingers crossed now.
I decided not to apply for Bath in the end, as its pretty hard to get in for my course. So I am going to apply at Cardiff, Kings College, Portsmouth, Manchester and Aston.
I'm going to send my UCAS stuff this week!![]()
