You don't say you're going to leave arguably the biggest club in the WORLD and the best contract offer available without having a club already lined up.

If City want to play European football they're gunna have to think twice, UEFA are already telling them to cut back on wages, and Rooney will add £200k to them :/

And btw, the biggest (and most successful) clubs in the world are in this order...
1. Real Madrid
2. Barcelona
3. Liverpool - yes ok we're not exactly top of the prem atm, but still most successful British team ever.
