Sure does. I think what happens in this film is actually the only spoiler I was able to avoid until now, so I am pretty pissed off. I lasted three years without hearing anything about that and was then spoiled one single day before seeing the film. A big thanks to Jordan™ for ruining everything for me.

love love loved it!!
it was sad though, the only bad thing is the ending.
It just ends really fast and doesn't really leave you on a cliffhanger.
