It must suck being one of the worst teams at football in the world, mustn't it? People are angry that Russia are not much of a footballing country, and there were other people who did better - Russia's PM didn't even attend the voting thing..

Thanks for proving my point. Also my country has significantly grown in football this year and considering we're 50th out of 208 does not mean we are one of the worst. Also the PM might have better things to do then attend the voting, he might have had an important meeting.
