I don't know why they made a huge gap between episodes if it's the same series. Any idea why? I can't wait till it comes back on though!

I think it was because AMC only gave the go ahead for a third season a few months back. So their option was a few smaller gaps or one long one between season 2 and 3.

I think it was because AMC only gave the go ahead for a third season a few months back. So their option was a few smaller gaps or one long one between season 2 and 3.

The majority of American shows have midseason breaks anyway, Its sometimes to do with just ratings and schedule of the channel.

Anyway,
After only start watching the show four days ago I'm completely in love with it. I always hated horror / zombie movies because of them being gory. But I love the WD, I like the fact its a show and continues and is not all contained in a movie. But also I like the way they've treated the zombies in different ways especially how people see them.

I like Season 1 very much it was a great introduction to the show especially loved Ricks character, my favourite episode being the finale at the CDC, I thought it was very cleverly done. Though it changed my opinion of Dale from being a father like figure to being a bit of **** escpially in the last episode and I think thats grown through out Season 2 were he in some way cares too much.

Now for Season 2, I loved it very much, I'm glad they found the safe haven. I thought it was really good done. But to those people who said in the middle it dragged on a bit. I sort of disagree because I loved it because realistically I could picture it being like that. I also felt Season 2 was more character in-depth the relations changing between characters and how they interact and I really like the character driven episodes and how in-depth we know them. Its one of the great things of it being a TV show is more can be explored in fine detail then a two hour movie. I known it might be a bit obvious that Sophia may have been turned into a Walker but I think the way it played out was very well done.

I really can't wait till it returns in February. The only thing is i'll now have to wait each week after an episode. As it was great just catching up watching them back to back.
