Staff having a physical presence in the game is obviously causing trouble amongst alot of other users. I can't blame them, they do everything else wrong so I have no reason to think they would actually use their heads for once.

That's what seperates Callie from the other 2 previous managers. You barely saw Jibbi and Ione in rooms, and they never favourited certain people.

Dude, do you ever realise that Habbo is a company? And when you pay for something you are entitled to an operational customer service department? And hey, if someone goes on your account and takes all of your furniture, do you think that not disclosing that info to their customer is acceptable? Is a refund not warranted? What about if you buy a green pillow with the assumption it's a super rare, is it fair for them to take it? Don't forget they are the ones who allowed it to enter the game, time for them to take responsibility for the inability to do things in a proper civilized manner. As far as I'm concerned anyone who sticks up for Habbo / Sulake is either uneducated with regards to the misfortune of many users or is just trying to kiss some bobba of the authority.

About a bag of sweets, if the sign said buy 10 bags of sweets for $10 and they only gave you 8 would you just say thanks? No, you would probably say I paid for 10 now give me 10. And if someone came into the store and stole the bag of sweets right from the hand of the cashier before she even gave it to you, would it be acceptable for the cashier to say, too bad someone stole it from my hands. Lol, metaphors wont help anyone in this scenario.

Not to mention they need to keep the customers happy to a sustainable amount, what's happening at the moment is why people are leaving because Callie is too caught up in herself to realise there are more people out there other than Causmo, Newsletter, Cheezy2 and to name but a few.
