Minus Repping

I agree, lots of people don't use the -rep tool properly. I have a -rep for my post here:

and all they said was 'boring'

I don't report any false -reps if I get any because it doesn't really bother me lol. So yeah..

20 is a rough estimate , though from what georgia has told me jen -repped all posts in that thread, so it should be around 20 if this is the case. + the point with the non reporting stuff was just to prove the point that there is more going on than is reported, but they've just given up cause they just continually get it, and there's no point them getting it removed cause they only get a new one without a few days.

excuse me i'm allowed to -rep who i want for a legitimate reason and that system should be ANONYMOUS even if you have VIP. i don't go out handing -rep very often so no it isn't pointless and i -repped because most the people there had been pointlessly posting all throughout the posting competition and not giving critical comments. also, pippete i'm pretty sure i've pointlessly +repped you before and i don't see you complaining about that? & you complain that pointless -rep is being given out yet you all revenge -rep me for no reason other than i did it to you even though in my opinion it was justified.

complain all you want about 'pointless' -rep but would you do it for all the +reps your friends have given you over the past? no didn't think so *Removed*

There isn't anything to discuss here. If the users that receive the -rep thats targeting them or rude does not report it, it wont get removed. Why are you arguing this. If it constantly happens to them every 7 days with a similar reasons then when you go to report it let them know it's targeting. Nothing will get done if you don't tell anyone.

I'm trying to argue that there needs to be something done about it, at least either warn them, infract them, or give them a ban from -repping the person if they constantly abuse the -rep system with the person.

U had no reason to -rep me tbh, my post was not in the posting competition, and it was also first post so was not reiterating other peoples posts, can understand u -repping some of the later ones especially ones like elliots, but the first couple is rediculous. Also i said earlier in thread that i would gladly submit to a system of a pointless +rep being removed at same time as a pointless -rep if need be, as if anything that is the most fair system that could be employed. Don't quite remmeber u pointless + repping me but if you say so anyway.

People do though, this was mentioned near the beginning of the thread. Not that it happens regularly.

actually it was char's idea to -rep you, and i left message on profile because char wanted me to leave it there instead of doing a pm, quite simple.
