Nobody knows really, but when codes are uploaded it's usually 1/2/3 days. It shouldn't be that much longer lol.

Actually If we go by what you said they would find it easier to use Brazil/Portugal and Spain in regards of numbers

Of course this is happening. We didn't even know how world-wide this problem was. The main culprit is .com, so they want to make sure everything is set on stone and works like clockwork (in their view) before enabling it to .com.
