i agree! it is much darker and doesn't base an episode around finding a teddy bear that someone buried as a child. yawn. hopefully 7 is the last season

Yes because the entirety of the episode was looking for the bear :S It was a great episode, bonnie's suicide attempt was emotional and Kai gaining empthy was a great twist. Love his character!! Caroline looking for mrs cuddles was a great scene with stefan teasing her. So much feels from that scene for me so nothing yawn about it. Only wish liv had died in this ep and enzo is a bit annoying too. They are wasting his character but I guess he will fall in love with Sarah and his storyline might start getting interesting again. I am so excited for Bonnie to go off to silas grave.

i have stated things i liked about the episode/the show but it's still going downhill in MY opinion

I'm not dissing your opinion, if you found the scene boring that's up to you, but claiming that the episode was centered around finding mrs cuddles is just wrong because it was a short part of the episode to further steroline, the main focus of the ep being on bonnie's suicide.

i didn't mean just my opinion, anyway i liked the bonnie scenes and anything with kai i enjoy also intrigued with sarah salvatore she's cute, the rest was boring to me. as much as i like steroline those scenes were a snooze fest (so was anything with liv/tyler/delena)
what happened to matt becoming a hunter anyway or are they just gonna forget that happened

malachai and matt are the best characters i will be sad if either of them die. i caught up with a few episodes over the last week and tvd is definitely far better than the originals simply because of the diversity in characters and storylines

They didn't forget about it. Matt wanted to kill enzo, he tried but failed due to kai sucking the magic from the border and now he is helping enzo in exchange for enzo not killing him.

Kai is gonna be much more interesting when he's made a bit more human as was obv gonna happen as soon as he merged with anyone, seemed a bit daft before when he was all powerful but still didn't just kill everyone with a glance like a real socio/psychopath (which is he meant to be? they keep changing their minds) would do. The Matt and Enzo story is crap literally no-one cares that you got left behind in the lab and Matt is about as interesting as the average hx debate. And yeah Stephen and Caroline has been brewing for years now idk why people are so opposed to it but I'm glad that he just hugged her in this ep because that is what she needed
