Jeesh, you go away for a day and come back to this.

Mike, you were brilliant despite the issues which you state that you faced daily. You were actively improving the Habbox Community and building towards our future. I think the pure success of HxSS so far in terms of numbers of new faces joining shows just that.

I also think Jade is a great choice - unexpected, yes - but a good choice! She certainly isn't afraid to experiment and for anyone to say she hasn't improved HxL dramatically is ridiculous because she has changed it from top to bottom. I'm really looking forward to how she gets on with the role and works with Matt and Myke.

If it wasn't against the rules I'd have shown you the Skype conversations.

Thinking about it, it may have been nice for someone to have received it with experience in more departments as again I know Rare Values still has no experienced AGM. However, I do believe Jade will be the one who will learn about the other departments, unlike various staff in the role previously.

why should someone from rares get it, where they not considering closing it a few months ago lol... if anything it should be from the active depts!!

I never said they should be in it, but the department, before @Chippiewill; actually did something it was stuck in 2010 as no one knew how to work it or sort out David's code . It doesn't matter whether it's an active department I don't believe as there could be a lot of work behind the scenes, I don't begrudge an active department getting it either though as both could work well regardless of activity. I agree that the manager should be active though.

You haven't had any complaints because nothing is ever done about complaints. We get the usual message 'thank you for your report and we will look into this' - then nothing ever gets done. But who am i? Just another whining member.

definitely happened before, and i know people who have been worried about making a complaint because they're afraid it will be leaked to the person and the person will make their life even worse


i feel like i was very negative last night and want to say good luck to jade, i think she has done a hell of a lot in the year she's been here and good on her, but i do think that there are people here who have working as hard for longer who seem to have been completely bypassed in this decision. I'm sure there's a reason they weren't considered, and I hope it's not what it seems to be.
