Just rang Pixmania, they are even more useless than talking to a brick wall..
They just recite what I say and what I can see online.. They are totally useless, don't give a **** about where my parcel is, whats happened to it or when it's going to be delivered.
Parcelforce are getting in touch with Pixmania to get the parcel to me asap, but if it's not here by Monday I'll hand the matter over to trading standards.

Do you have vista. Because with the gadgets you can download the Package Tracker, which tells you where it is etc/
