    Someone else hardly ever wins for Ichigo. He beat Byakuya, he beat Kariya, he beat Zaraki, he beat Grimmjow, etc. In shonens, It's very rare for someone except the main character to beat one of the main villains. Plus after all the build up and the rivalry between Ichigo and Ulquiorra it would be against the law for anyone but Ichigo to win.
