Oh great, any idea on pricing?

They're gonna cost you at least £60/£70, which isn't too bad considering what you're getting, but it's up to you whether you think it's worth it or not. You could always buy the Region 1 boxset if you have a multi-region DVD player, although that isn't going to be cheap, either.

Isnt that spoilers? What your guys favourite anime moment? - Mine has to be Simon's first Giga Drill Breaker in TTGL (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYFN6mB9Tzk) Awesome Song.
Speaking of TTGL, Anyone know where I can buy a boxset (if there is one) on a site that ships to the UK?
"Bro is dead, He's no longer here. However, on my back, within my heart, he continues to live on. Digging a hole to pierce the heavens. Even in a grave I can drill on, And if I can break through, it's my victory!
Who the hell do you think I am, I'm Simon. Not my bro Kamina. I am myself, Simon The Digger!
Certain Kill! - GIGA, DRILL, BREAKERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR ."ive seen it but i get whined at when i say stuff. or are we alowed to now

Wheres my LE? seriously i buy the 1st 2 and theres no 3rd one >.< was hoping would get V1 with it like the americans =/ gonna hold out on getting it and mayb buy it next month see if it goes down a little.Nice timing - The third and final Region 2 set was released today. I'd recommend buying those as you get loads of exclusive extras the other boxsets don't include.
As for my favourite anime moment... too many to name. Death Note, Trigun and Gintama would all have the most though. So many good scenes in those series. Special mention to Asuka in The End of Evangelion as well. Damn shes awesome in that movie. Plus that has to be one of the best fights ever.
And Fave moments. Just cos i dont want to spoil it but its OP so if ya do click the spoiler to see what it is.

GL theres 3. 1-2-3 Stand edition and 1-2 LE
if your wanting a "boxset"
i suggest buying the 1st dvd in CE that way you get the box to hold the dvds in. 2nd CE just has the ost so can decide if the price is worth it and theres no 3rd CE.
ended up buying GL3 anyway.

Yeah its strange there is no limited edition. The first volume of the manga would have been a nice extra. Although they probably couldn't bundle it with the manga due to licensing issues, since we have to be a part of Europe and Europe has to have so many different languages and licensors. :eusa_wall
Yeah, I actually watched the first four episodes a long time ago, but recently had an urge to watch the rest. I'm only on episode nine at the moment, where Tenma has gone to train with that army guy to learn how to use a gun, but I'm loving it so far. 20th Century Boys is my favourite manga and Monster was created by the same person, so I may be a little biased though.I love how they keep swapping between time, like in one episode it'll be five months in the future and you'll wonder whats going on, then suddenly it'll go to a few months before to clear things up. I love that way of backwards storytelling. It definitely reminds me of how Urasawa did 20th Century Boys and I can see influences left, right and center. Reminds me of the way Baccano was done a little too. The mystery aspect is fantastic as well. Maybe not 20th Century Boys standard, but I'm still engrossed. I'll definitely watch Monster too the end. Can't wait to see how things develop.
Yer, and the darkness and....madness kinda is greatly done in MONSTER, i think you'd really like it. It does take things quite slow though, but overall a pretty scary storyline.Yeah its strange there is no limited edition. The first volume of the manga would have been a nice extra. 20th Century Boys is 265 chapters long while the manga for Monster was only 162 chapters long. I'm quite used to the pace Naoki Urasawa's stories develop so I don't really have a problem with it.I agree with you. It is a very dark series and its crazy, mysterious side is conveyed extremely well. Hell, even the opening is creepy. I'm on episode twelve now.
