hello habboxforumers!
I have been permed on xbeccas for 'being underage' and was wondering if there was any way of getting the account back without having to send over my personal info to customer support? not exactly something I'm really that comfortable with lol.

the only way you can really go about getting unbanned is by going about the customer support route i'm afraid:/ if it makes it any better the information that they ask for is information that they already have from when you created your account x

100% submit a ticket, they normally reply with an AUTO response. Reply to that AUTO response with what is being asked and it will get assigned to an agent and go from there! Good luck getting your account back

I got banned for this same reason ages ago and they asked me to send photos of my passport

Good luck getting your account back girl! Don't be worried about sending some ID they are a company they have to protect your personal details, I am sure they won't do anything dodgy with it. I have got my account unpermed before you just have to be brave and show some ID xx
So when you gonna tell her... that we did that too?
She thinks it's special.... but it's all reused...
