Sorry for Posting but how long would it take to get to 50 - 60 defence and where would the best place be?

Also can anyone find out all the quest where you get defence Xp?

1. Are you P2P or F2P?

2. Attack lvl?

If you say that it will be easier to find out easiest way And if you are P2P have you done Creature of Ferkenstrain?

Shadow of the Storm - can give 1k xp in defence if you choose defence
Heroes Quest - Gives about 2600 xp in defence
A Tail of Two Cats - Gives 2 lamps which give 2.5k xp in any skill
Between a Rock... - 5k defence xp
Legends Quest - 7650 xp in any 4 skills
In Search of the Myreque - 600 xp in defence
Fairy Tale Part 2 - Lamp that gives 2,500 xp to any skill
In Aid of Myregue - 2k xp to defence if chosen
Nature Spirit - 2k defence xp
The Freminnk Trials - 2813 xp to defence
One Small Favour - 2 xp lamps givieing 10kxp in any skill
Holy Grail - 15.3k xp in defence
What Lies Below - 2k Defence xp
Contact - 2 wishes granting 7kxp in any combat skill
A Souls Bane - 500 defence xp
The Freminnk Isles - 10k xp in any combat skill
