Okay the recipe is for Individual Chicken and Mushroom pies
The recipe (in the book) is:
60g butter
2 leeks
6 chicken thigh fillets
270g button mushrooms
2 ts plain flour
600 ml chicken stock
1-2 sheets read rolled puff pastry
1 egg yolk
Now, everyone knows what a C+M pie taste like, and im cooking it for my family, id really like to change it, without messing it up.
