Connecting to the hotel

i am sure this has been posted before but has anyone else been experiencing it to thsi level lately. Everytime i have logged in this wekk i have to reload about 3 times due to error connecting to hte hotel Everytime

im even having this provblem on .FI i tried to prt screen and shrink itdown but its still a big file :mad:

I get that whenever i try an log on durin the day :eusa_naug "oops cannot connect!" then disconnects me an reloads :mad:
