It was obviously Callie, in the Theaterdrome with a jaffa cake

i heard this rumour as well.. apparently she ate the outside of the jaffa cake to get to the orange circle in the centre then stuck it on the keyhole outside of the theaterdrome whilst he was trapped inside, he rotted to death
