Hey,

I'm in need of a few questions answered for my mum's friend who is chairman of a little league. He wants to start up a site, but is wondering how much it would cost.

What sort of hosting package would be good for it?
There's over 500 kids in the leagues, and the old website was very popular.

Also, it would need a layout, which I'm looking to buy. I need something like this - http://mordenlittleleague.com/

I know it's really bad, but it's quite interactive, and appealing for a younger audience. But I want it to look more professional. How much would I be looking to pay for a job like that, layout would need to be coded to a good standard also.
