New years resolutions

What are your new years resolutions for 2022?

Well, later in this year I was going to purchase a gym membership with my friend Mayra, but now I broke my ankle so I'm going to be out of commission at least until March. So, once I'm feeling better, I'll probably get that membership and start getting back into shape.

I also want to work on myself and target areas that tend to make me unhappy, such as my mental health and my self confidence issues. Not sure the direct plan for those yet, but this is gonna be a year where my goal is to love myself for who I am and it definitely take a lot of work to do so

Haven't thought of any for 2022 yet. I'm really bad at making resolutions and either forgetting them or not doing them at all.
I definitely did not just google to get ideas BUT 1. I'm going to practice saying no more, I don't even like the idea of that.
2. Give more compliments! I really like this idea.
