Default Spanish hotel just applied gambling ban

Today, the Spanish hotel (habbo.es) woke up to some unpleasant news. After 8 years, the staff has decided to apply the gambling ban to the hotel in Spanish. This strongly affected the casino owners of the hotel, which were forced to close.

(Translation: In a few moments we will restart the hotel to implement restrictions on the dice and wheel of fortune furnis. This will align the functionalities of these items with those of other hotels.)
Being one of the few or perhaps the only hotel that was not affected by this ban, casino owners have been forced to close.

It is not known for sure, what will be the effect of this on the economy of the Spanish hotel, for now the die has suffered a sharp drop in price and it is feared that this will affect the price of rares.

Users rejected the measure, and opened rooms protesting.

    (It´s NOT my image)
But now nothing we can do.

Does anyone know why this didn't happen when all the other hotels changed?

I am so surprised that this didn't happen when the rest of the hotels banned gambling too!

It could have something to do with the very recent news about Spain putting forward a bill to crack down on lootboxes though (source https://www.thelocal.es/20220604/spa...me-loot-boxes/)
