This is a swedish tank thats called Strv (Stridsvagn) 122 (Or in english Fighterwagon 122)
And this is the Strv 122 on a PHV (Påhängsvagn) 795 (in english connectiontrailer 795). Note that ive turned the fireturret on thisone.

To get in the elites, it needs to be recommended by one of the pixel artists, then the rest of them have to agree on it and then it'll get moved. Some of the pixel artists are amazing and I guess very tough on what they deserve to be elites. Bribing/sweet talking them doesn't work either =[
