Make them yourself ? before your members expires (if it hasnt already) mine loads of iron and coal for when yo are F2P, this will train 3 skills instead of just 1.

Or, get someone in F2P to mine it for you and buy it from them for smidgins of money, make steel plates and increase your overall profit ? ifyou hire more than one worker it wont take long at all, one on iron, two on coal.
