safety x reply to all sent apps

Hi there!

This is an automated email to let you know that your application for
the
Safety X Team has been received. Over the next few weeks your account
will be checked for the following criteria:

* That your account is over 6 months old
* That your account has signed into the Hotel more than 200 times
* That your account has had NO bans for the last 6 months and no
more than four 2hr bans previous to that

Those applications which pass the criteria will then be investigated
further and we'll look at such things as the quality of the safety tip
you gave and how well we feel you communicated your desire to join the
team. If we feel your application was good we will invite you to an
online meet-up where your knowledge of safety issues will be tested on
the spot. If it's clear that you have good knowledge on *all* aspects
of
safety on the Hotel, you may then be invited to join the Safety X Team.

Please note! The Safety X Team will be a team of no more than 25
people.
We generally receive thousands of applications for these volunteer
teams
so even if your application is good, you may not be invited to join
simply because of the large numbers of applications and small numbers
of
places to fill. This should not dishearten you however, because you
will
always have the opportunity to reapply next time we announce a
recruitment drive.
