    Default Bike Help

Well, I was riding earlier on my bike (not motorbike, mountain bike) and there was a bump in the pavement, and the bike handle hit against a lamp post as I went past it, and the front wheel, went around the post. I layed it down on the floor, and straightened the tyre up, but as you ride it, it gets stiff in places on the tyre as it goes around. Anyone know how to fix it/what's happened? It's never happened to me before.

The buckle has probably broke, I doubt you will be able to fix it.

Yup, sounds as if its buckled. Doesn't cost that much to buy a new wheel nowadays so just buy a new one

Yep, I bought a new wheel for it yesterday, only cost me £15. Thanks for the help, and it had buckled. +rep

    Thanks for the rep.
Next time watch out for bumps and lamp posts!
