I am wanting to know if you like a image hosting website, which requires membership, or a image hosting website where you can just upload your image and your image stays on our server.

Id say no membership as its as nuisance logging in everytime, it would only be worth it if you decided to limit the free accounts features like file sizes bigger for reg'ed users,

I just find it totally annoying, you should make one similar to imageshack as you can make a account for a album of images, but you can also upload a image and it randomly chooses a file name for free users.
