    Default Boxing BANG BANG

    Newiaz, i wanna get a punch bag. I Think i got enough space. The space i got measures 10ft and is 2.25m Squared. Newaiz, it looks big enough. Just wondering, if i get a 60kg punch bag, when i punch it, would it go swinging all the way or just move a little bit. And also, if i punch it for about 10 minutes a day, would it gradually have an affect on how i punch and my biceps and triceps? TYvm, please answer all questions, ty

    A 60kg bag won't swing hardly if you punch it, well it will if you have a haerd bat but you get what a mean ;]
