i was listening to the radio last night, and i heard this.
apparantly 6/10 people who phoned in, said it was a BAD idea.
tbh, i'm all for this. because be honnest, most teenage boys will not go into a shop and buy a pack of condoms, and this will like.. help towards the crackdown on teenage pregnancies and spread of STD's
anyway, discuss.
