    o.O well im kinda bad with programs
    i can use paint and my skillz on flash are decent

    but im sorta like a newb to new programs

    Dreamwevers one of my favs, as as well as nice page design tools, it has full support and code highliting fro verey other scripting landgwae your likly to need. Athogh comes with a immence price tag.

    If your sticking to raw html, without shiny looking editor, which aint much good if yoru useing actuive content anyway. I sugegst downloading one with code highligting as it massivly speeds up working on pages, and stops you getting lost in complex code or overlooking somthing. there are plenty of free things like that

    photoshop is alrite

    and price doesent really matter
    i mean no offense or ote, if this is offending. but im sure most fan sites earn alot of money

    Not that i know of, how will fansites earn money :S..

    Anyway,
    I strongly recomend MS Frontpage, it's good for newbies, and incredibly helpful,
    however it does slightly limit your file type.types, and it normaly comes free with some Windows packages - I'm not sure which ones though. dreamwaver is good, as it does have other file types, but as Thy said, it's pretty expensive.
