    shilo, barbarian village, north of seers (on route to relleka).
    & you need feathers.

    Fly fishing rod is 5gp in any fishing shop, and you will need feathers. You can buy from players for about 5-10gp ea or in shop for less but take more time to collect them, or you can kill chicken and keep the feathers they drop
