silly buggers, the fa made the bloody rulse so they can change them when they want. i think the hammers will stay up.
why you ask, well they didnt dare deduct points in case they were auto relegated [which would of happeend as a result of a deduction]
instead a petty fine, so other clubs are right to complain
a legitimate club like charlton whose being in it for last 10 years or so deserve to stay up instead of west ham, imo
but i think hammers will stay up now, unfarily
