    Default Muscle spasms or whatever...

    What causes them & how do you get rid of them? Because I've had one in the left side of my stomach since yesterday, it's really annoying now...

    edit;

    I dunno if they are called muscle spasms, maybe muscle twitches, I don't know...

    I know the pain. Ive had them loads of times, usually takes about 2 weeks for it to fade away, could take longer. According how lucky you are. Ive had one for a month.

    Do you men like little twitches in your arm? I get thses alot especially after i have been running around, they do it when my arm is in a funny position, something to do with you blood maybe, but i don't think they are anything extra-ordinary.

    It's called repetetive strain injury. you get it after sitting at a computer for hours on end in the same position etc. usually goes in 2-3 days.

    Go to your docter, get them to comfirm it.

    If you docter can do it, get acupuncture. Its just a tiny needle into the muscle, and it really makes you feel relaxed, its like a pill that makes you un-tense, its almost a sleeping stab
