Friends - Ends 5th June

We all have many friends, whether it is in real life or on habbo. They're the people who can always make you smile, cheer you up when you are down, and the people who are always there for you. What I want you to do is to write a poem saying why you like your friends, they may be funny, or kind, or anything else! Also, you can include in your poem a memory that you have with your friends that you are particularly fond of!

We can discus anything, from movies to weekends.
We can tell each other anything, about loved ones or friends.
We can confide in each other, about tears that we let run,
We can be so deadly serious, or we can have such fun.

I will keep your secrets forever, and until the end,
Whenever it is broken, your heart I will help mend.
We’ll laugh along together, I’ll cry along with you,
We’ll listen to each other, because that’s what friends do.

So Luke, my sweetie, don’t you cry alone,
Although I can’t be at your side, I’ll be on the phone.
Or I’ll come online and hear, what’s upsetting you,
Then I’ll give you advice, and confide in you too.

I’ll listen to your jokes, and laugh even if they’re bad.
I’ll give you a virtual hug, if you’re feeling sad.
I’ll email you at any time, I’ll tell you anything,
So my angel if you’re falling, I’ll take you under my wing.

We’ll fly up high together, and ride upon the clouds,
Up where the pain can’t get us, and the sunshine falls in shrouds.
Away from our normal darkened world, where we can hide away,
When you read this little poem, think ‘It will be ok.’

So read this when your feeling down, and tell me what you think,

What Is A Friend?

A friend is someone which is good to you,
Not the person that tells you what to do,
A friend is someone who you can trust,
But becareful because your friendship might bust,

It doesn't matter if your friend is new or old,
Just make your friendship is strong and bold,

There is a reason it's you people hate,
But try to avoid that and be a good mate,

It may not be long but i hope it gets the point across that friends are not an accessory in life, they are what makes the world go round ( besides the gravitational pull of the sun)
