I got a xbox for xmas n when i go to make a xbox live thing i cant


i get all the way then when it comes to acceptin the rights thingy it freezes :S

can any1 help me?

have you dropped your xbox or anything? - i'd ring microsoft customer services, if the problem is the xbox, they will replace it.

Can't you just go out and buy the card, i would never trust microsoft with my credit card, as if you save it on your console who knows what hacker could get in.

i don't either now, to cancle your subscription when you pay by card, you have to ring them up and you can't just do it via the internet. it gets on my nerves!!!
