Super Rare Values Report [1]

This is my first ever super rare report, so hopefully, I don't botch it

And no, the values I put are not made up, I've seen these with my own eyes

Item's going down

- Saw 2 go for 45 hc pure, and saw 1 go for 44 pure and 1.0 unpure.
My prediction : Going down to 45 hc.

- Seen this go twice for 26 hc and once for 25 hc.
My prediction : Going down to ~26hc. Maybe 25.

- Seen these go for 4 hc's each. About 7 of them.
My prediction : In my opinion, these shouldn't be considered a super rare. They'll probably go down to 4 HC, maybe 3 in a couple of months.

Item's trading at their value

- These are going at 6 hc's each pretty easily. Seen quite a few sold around Habbo.
My prediction : Staying at 6.0

- Like the red lasers, these also go around 6 easily. Although I'd keep hold of mine if I were you, I've seen some people desperate enough to add a 0.5 or such.
My prediction : Staying at 6.0

Item's selling for higher

I still wonder why, but these baby's are hitting above the 20 hc mark, even though they are priced at 16 each. They are being snapped up for 22 hc's [1 time], 21 hc's [1 time] and 20 hc's [1 time]. I spend most of my time in rare casino's, and I see people asking to buy these at around 22-24 hc's.
My prediction : Definitely going up, still is to be seen by how much. My estimate is around 21 hcs.

Also, this is what I've seen with my own eyes, I haven't produced this on hearsay or otherwise. Hopefully I can work on bringing out more guides

Also, on a side note (more like center note ), I'm working on checking out dino prices. The prices I've collected so far, I'm not happy with, so this will be in my next report.

Thats quite an original report .
I like the way you have split the values into sections of trading above, below or equal to their values.
Also the values are accurate which is the most important thing.
