Chances are most people will want to go to college/sixth form in england but it at least gives the opportunity for a break year, earn some cash etc. etc.

I thought new laws came into place that we do now have to stay in School till we're 18, people that started secondary school in 2008 have to stay on until they're 18.

Wrong, their education is the equivelant to us finishing in year 11. So us finishing 2 years early, people go to college anyway so we get ahead quicker. Originally Posted by kk.

Clearly we learn more in those 2 years so we're right on the same track except you guys just call it college earlier. And we dont have school shootings every year. And Im sure you guys have had one or two at least so you look dumb there a couple times.

Though wikipedia I saw 4 school attacks and 1 was by a guy with paranoia (in the UK).
