My parents are looking for a Holiday Home site somewhere within 1-100 miles of Manchester. We're mainly looking for a site that offers great facilities such as fishing, swimming, water-skiing and more fun activities.
I'd just like your advise where you would recommend it, and do you own a holiday home? (looks like the image below)

Our budget will nudge up to £50,000 to buy.

My family owns a holiday home in Florida. It's a 3 bed/2 bath with a screened in pool in a gated community. We also own a travel trailer, a 2005 Airstream International CCD 28ft.
