Ok, basicaly just post what you have as meals. say at breakfast, what you had then at lunch what you had and so on. mainly focusing on meals rather than any snackages in between.
Ive just had breakfast consisting of
Bacon - (one pack)
Scrambled egg - (3 eggs envolved)
Waffles - (x2)
Beens - (a tin)
and to drink, just water.
