Guys, I know how MOTD2 covered this and yes according to that it was 1 second.

However,

Sky sports news this morning went through the official fifa rules.

There is nothing saying the ref adds on the 55 seconds for the goal celebration. However, if the ref official at his discretion thinks that there was a hint of timewasting in it then he can add more on. This is why Hughes was wanting an explanation from the ref at the end of the game as in no way was Bellamy's celebration exaggerated.

I'm sorry for having this rant, but I'm just making a point on something most people probably didn't see on SSN.
