    Pretty sad about that luging death... just hours before the ceremony starts aswell. R.I.P.

    However, I watch the winter olympics far more than I do the regular olympics. I love the snow lol.

    actually there hasn't been snow at all this season really. the snow melted as soon as it came and the rain had nothing to do with it lol

    I don't think there would be any point moving real snow because if it's too warm for it to snow, then it would just melt anyway.

    Trucking in snow from another town doesn't fit neatly into the green theme, but it seems there's little choice — unless athletes are prepared to snowboard on grass.
    pretty sure they used real snow. Might be wrong but found numerous sources.

    Not sure why tho. I suppose they just keep using real snow as it's a lot better than artificial
