    Looks like an excellent remake of Joe Dante's cult classic original. Fun, bloody and a film that doesn't take itself seriously; deliberately campy.

    Looks pretty terrible to be honest. Trying to use 3D as a gimmick to convince the viewers it's a good film which they are watching when infact its going to have terrible teen actors in it. A stupid storyline and a horrible remake.

    Although, I haven't see it yet so when I watch it, ill eat my words if its good but i have low expectations...

    It's deliberately campy, as I said above. The piranhas looking as bad as they do is intentional. Fun summer movie.

    looks quite good actually was expecting it to be terrible but it looks quite scary and piranhas frighten the **** out of me
    its so jaws though, especially with the chick in the rubber ring. not a bad thing

    Yes, Christopher Lloyd is in it.

    Joe Dante's Piranha was actually a Jaws rip-off that cult legend Roger Corman picked up in the late seventies. One of many in a slew of take-offs with other creatures, like Grizzly, etc.
