I don't think the train bit was fake, the train was just moving very slowly and they used different camera angles to make it look like it was travelling fast. Obviously the train driver was in on the act and he could stop the train whenever Derren said.

yeah i thought it was good but that guy must be gullible to believe that he was actually landing a plane i mean do you not think the cabin crew would have some training in that sort of thing like emergencies. Also how do you just put someone into a coma land a plane then wake him up in a simulator? Same with getting him to come out of bed? I mean i know darren is good but that's like weird
