    Thumbs up Do you work out?

    I do.

    I workout every three days, at home. I bar curl 52.5kg (3 sets of 10 reps). Then bench press 67.5kg (3 sets 10 reps).. on my awful bench press.. I feel like it's going to collapse, really should go the gym would be on 70..+? then finally 2 sets of 10 dips.

    I do 10 press ups between exercises, and go on a run before working out.
    I also have started doing sit-ups every two days, to get my six pack back.. although there maybe too much fat in the way.

    I'm around the 12 and a half stone mark, and I'm 6 foot 2.

    Do you workout? What exercises do you do?

    If you want a six pack, cut some weight and start doing cardio. Strengthening your abdominal core will do you no good if you want it to show. Everyone has a six pack, just it is covered by flab.

    I workout two days a week. Mon/Thur.
    Mon - OHP, Bench, Squat, Weighted Crunches, Plank
    Thurs - SL Deadlift, Pulldown, Shrugs, Hammer Curl, Pushdown, L-Fly, Neck Work.

    I would, but my school gym is rubbish, we have NOTHING except a few exercise bikes, and my mum won't let me join the gym. She says it will put strain on my heart :|

    I have an exercise bike in my room which I go on, but I want to be benching & stuff. I can leg press 80kg but I can only bench 25 :L I need to get some upper body strength, my legs are strong from skiing

    but for some reason I can do like 40-50kg on row machine???

    I eat too much I know cardio is the way forward but I don't want to lose much weight as I don't really have much fat on me anyway

    Although I don't work out, Paul is right. Stick to cardio for the six pack.

    Nope, wen't to the gym three months and when my membership ran out I couldn't afford to. I'm going to start running though :L Loose the flab

    When I wen't to the gym, I was benching 50kg and doing curls etc. but mainly focusing on cardio, and cardio and weight's don't mix too well

    yupppppp i go 3 times a week and do around an hour of cardio, then my boyfriend helps me with 'conditioning' stuff, i think thats what its called

    my boyfriend is there like everyday, but he only goes too his uni one now because apparently the weights arent heavy enough LOL.
