I do.
I workout every three days, at home. I bar curl 52.5kg (3 sets of 10 reps). Then bench press 67.5kg (3 sets 10 reps).. on my awful bench press.. I feel like it's going to collapse, really should go the gym would be on 70..+? then finally 2 sets of 10 dips.
I do 10 press ups between exercises, and go on a run before working out.
I also have started doing sit-ups every two days, to get my six pack back.. although there maybe too much fat in the way.
I'm around the 12 and a half stone mark, and I'm 6 foot 2.
