Provided that all the furni is also available at reasonable price in .com I don't see why not. Try to make it simple though as you must remember that poor habbox staff have to rebuild the room.

I think he means that you must be able to sit 50 people. don't get me wrong, the design is good but there isnt much room to sit, looks kinda crowded :/
