    I wear a shoulder bag and it HURTS my shoulders.
    I dont wanna get a new one but it has been like 6 hours!
    It KILLS me
    What can I put on my shoulder after carrying 5 text books.

    I have one of those two, it's alright, but when I run it bounces alot

    If it hurts a lot, get a new one... or, y'know, find a way to take in less textbooks/leave textbooks at school. Or just switch shoulders often and then the pain won't have anything to compare against.
