My usertitle text is really small and it looks like the page has reverted to a few years earlier or something.

The usertitle writing is small as though it's size 1 or something. The tabs look fine, but they used to be spread across the top so there was no unused space above the Visitor Message box.

I imagine it was due to cached CSS following stylesheet changes as part of the upgrade.
