[1] Sims 4 Building Challenge

Hi guys!

Myself and Coral have both discovered our love for building various buildings and houses on the Sims 4. Obviously, we had to make something of it, so we decided that we would start building competitions against each other. Each time, there will be a set challenge & guidelines to follow, and we have to build the best structure we can following those rules. We have just completed our first challenge, but in order to find out a winner, we need you guys to vote for your winner!

Guidelines for this build:
* Beach House
* House must be 10x10 Maximum
* Must include: Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom & Living room
* Everything has to be accessible and not blocked, so a Sim can actually use it.
* Cheats ARE allowed.

Build one looks nicer apart from the room, the roof is ugly.

Am voting for build one. Build 2 is less cluttered and tidy but it doesn't resemble a beach house to me at all whereas build 1 does.. if there was improvements for build 1 I would definitely make it less cluttered.

Gone for 2, the overall design just fits better with the theme and has a look of eternal summer just like a Malibu beach house should. Number 1 would benefit from turning that pond into a pool as currently it looks kinda cold and wild for a beach setting
