How much alone time...

How much alone time do you have (i.e. time you just spend on your own)?

I try to get as much as possible. With work and my partner, going out.. I'm rarely alone.

Usually, most of the time I would be alone. I'd often go on my laptop, in the kitchen and be left alone. At work I'm left to my own devices and more often than not I'd go shopping on my own too. The only times I wouldn't be alone is if I'm at my boyfriend's or if we were doing something as a family.

I say usually, but it's all changed now within the last week or so due to certain things happening; it's almost as though I don't really want to be alone as much. I'm still left alone at work, I haven't been shopping for a bit (unless I've been with family or my boyfriend) and I also go on my laptop in the living room with my family. The only other time I'm really alone now aside from work is when I go to bed (where I'll watch TV (Ackley Bridge at the moment) or go on my laptop).

The whole week.. Monday to Friday night. Only people I communicate with during the week face to face is people I'm delivering cars too, or when I fill up my truck... But in terms of people I know and call friends or family then I only see them at the weekend.

I speak to family and friends everyday, but due to my job I'm away all week, so I never see them until the weekend.

I work a person based job so rarely. I see my colleagues in the office then I go to clients, the only alone time I have is travelling in my car. Mon-Fri home time I spend alone doing my own thing. Weekends I'm either with my boyfriend or going to some sort of gathering or party. If there was no party or my boyfriend had something on, I'd choose to spend that at home watching TV, doing housework etc.

Almost none.

Work in the service industry so I talk to people 9 odd hours a day 5 days a week. Between that, my housemate, my mum, and seeing friends quite a bit I get burned out easily. Plus a lot of my 'alone time' is taken up by uni work so it's not relaxing really.

I always value what little time I get alone in the house. I also choose to get up a bit before 6 sometimes so I can walk to work - try to do that at least once a week. I'll pick a day with nicer weather, download a podcast and walk in which takes about an hour, then do the same on the way back. It's honestly bliss and one of my favourite times of the week.
